Inquisitive by nature and inspired by technology and challenging projects change has come always very natural on my professional journey. As an explorer and trailblazer I enjoy embracing new roads and favour sustainable, visionary concepts created by fresh ideas.

Three main stages mark my professional experience. Starting off in the industry learning the economic processes from ground up and specialising in accounting during employments in auditing firms. In the mid-90s, I switched to the then young and exciting software industry and gained experience with Microsoft Business Solutions in Consulting, Development and Support for more than 10 years. With the rise of eCommerce and Web design I started my own business and increased my expertise in the web industry as well as what it takes to be an entrepreneur. Recently I finished my graduation in business administration to explore new roads.

Behind every product stands a person. Whether we produce or market the product, the integration of the human factor and the interpersonal relation with our customers are the key for customer retention and long-term business success.
01. PROJECT MANAGEMENT.

Organise, structure, delegate, communicate. I enjoy working on different web projects for my customers and each one is different – the people involved and the challenges that occur. With the right pinch of diplomacy, strategies and methodologies I have completed numerous projects successfully making my customers happy.

02. CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The way how we deliver our services to our customers can have a lasting impression – either good or bad. In order to not only meet our own standards, but to foster an excellent customer relation, we must always be able to put ourselves in the position of the customer and listen carefully, based on a true caring and empathy.

03. COMMUNICATION.

With the right communication skills we can set the objectives clear in our day-to-day business and de-escalate any misunderstandings and critical situations. Im my professional career I have been dealing with a multitude of different customer personalities where thoughtfulness and tactful words smoothed out disagreements.
